Let me tell you a little about myself. I enjoy a wonderful life involving family, friends, recreation and business. My family is twelve strong including my wife, three children, their spouses or significant other and four grandchildren. We celebrate life everyday and make each birthday and Holiday a special reason to be together.

Friends and relatives are an important part of our daily life. My wife of nearly 40 years and I have a sphere of friends who cover a wide range in age and interests. Central and northern Minnesota are our favorite areas of travel and recreation. The Brainerd lakes area is a fantastic place to live, recreate and have a cabin. This is the region we have come to love along with thousands of other "cabin people".

I also have my business based in the Lakes Area. Nissswa and the region of lakes that surround it is one of the states most popular areas to visit, vacation, retire, and live. Weichert Realtors-Tower Properties is the top selling real estate office in the area. People come to us to look for a property or sell a property. We have led the area companies in closed transactions for the last two quarters. I enjoy people. I have the greatest feeling of satisfaction after helping buyers or sellers meet their real estate goals.

I was in education for thirty-two years teaching and coaching students with physical disabilities and cognitively challenged individuals. I understand peoples needs in real estate after 16 years in the profession. I am proud of the fact that I have the reputation of working hard for my clients and doing it with honesty and integrity.

Sixteen years of residential real estate experience has given me knowledge in new construction as well as HUD, short sale and bank owned properties. I have a special interest in recreational properties (cabins, second homes, hunting property, etc.) in the lakes area. I am a certified Lead Specialist with Weichert Realtors-Tower Properties, working with in town and out of town clients interested in buying, selling or investing. I also make myself open to answering questions on any subject in the complex world of real estate and todays market.
